  • How do I choose between Halo® and Clip-In extensions?
    While both Clip-In and Halo® hair extensions deliver beautiful results, there are a few key differences between the two. Seamless Clip-Ins are suitable for all hair types and lengths. The application requires a medium skill level and will take just a few minutes once you get the hang of it. Seamless Clip In extensions are incredibly versatile, you can create different hairstyles using only a few wefts, or all. High ponytails, updos, and buns are all possible with Vex Hair Seamless Clip-In extensions. Halo® extensions are best for thin to medium hair, and hair that is longer than bust length. We recommend Halo® extensions for those who have very sensitive scalps or fragile hair. Halo® extensions require a very low skill level and can be applied in 60 seconds or less. These extensions are suitable for down, and half-up hairstyles only.

  • How often should I wash Remy human hair extensions?
    If you find that styling your extensions is becoming more challenging, it's probably an indication of product build-up - which means it's time for washing.   • How long will Vex Clip-In hair extensions last?
    With proper care and maintenance, our premium Remy human hair extensions will last anywhere 9 to 12 months or even longer. Regular brushing, gentle washing with sulfate-free products, and avoiding excessive heat styling will help prolong their lifespan. Additionally, storing the extensions in a safe place when not in use can prevent tangling and damage.
  • What is the difference between Remy hair and human hair?
    The major difference between human hair and Remy hair is in the way that it is collected. Human hair is collected from brushes and where it has fallen onto the floor, so the strands are in all different directions, which tangles easily. Remy hair comes from a single donor, where the natural hair typically cut from a ponytail. The cuticles remain intact and all strands flow in the right direction. After a few washes, human hair will become dull and brittle, whereas Remy hair remains soft and beautiful, lasting between 6 months to a year.

    One full set of clip-ins is usually enough! If you have thinner hair, you may only need 5-6 clip wefts. For those with thicker hair, you may want a few extra clip wefts for ultimate volume.
  • Can I swim or exercise while wearing Vex Hair Clip-In extensions?
    Yes, you can swim and exercise while wearing our hair extensions. However, it's essential to take precautions to prevent damage. Before swimming, we recommend tying your hair in a loose braid or bun and using a swim cap to protect the extensions from chlorine or saltwater. After swimming or exercising, wash and condition the extensions to remove any sweat or chemicals.
  • Will Vex Hair Clip-Ins damage my natural hair?
    Vex Hair Seamless Clip-In extensions were designed for ultimate comfort, and they will not cause any damage to your natural hair! Our ultra-thin, invisible clip wefts lay flat against the head and provide all-day comfort.
  • What is Remy hair?
    Remy hair is considered the highest quality of real human hair. It is collected directly from a single hair donor’s head and typically cut from a ponytail, with all hair strands flowing in the same direction from root to tip. 100% Remy Human Hair is the highest grade of real human hair. Unlike regular human hair extensions, Remy hair is carefully collected with the cuticles are kept intact and facing the same direction, they are not stripped, which is what happens in most non-remy human hair extensions.     Yes! You can heat style as often as you would heat style your own hair. Vex Hair Seamless Extensions are made from premium quality, double drawn 100% Remy human hair. We recommend using a heat-protectant product before styling, just like you do with your natural hair.
  • Can I dye or color my Seamless Clip-In extensions?
    Absolutely! Since our extensions are 100% human hair, you can color them with semi or Demi-permanent hair dye. We suggest that you do not try to bleach your Vex Hair, since this can damage the hair and may compromise lifespan.
  • Will Vex Hair extensions blend with my hair if the color isn't exact?
    The coloring process for our clip-in hair extensions incorporates a multi-tonal adapt system, resulting in delicate highlights and lowlights distributed throughout each set. This creates a captivating interplay of light and dark strands, imparting a sense of natural movement and dimension to the extensions. This unique color blending technique guarantees a seamless match with your own hair, even if there's a slight difference in shade. Additionally, if you desire a darker tone, a professional hair colorist can dye or tone the extensions to achieve your preferred look.
  • How Do I Apply My Halo® Extension?
    BRUSH YOUR HAIR Start by brushing your hair thoroughly to get rid of tangles. Then, brush out your Halo® hair extension and each 2-clip weft gently using our Loop Hair Extensions Brush, or a wide-toothed comb or paddle brush. SECTION OFF HAIR Section your hair at the crown, tying it into a bun at the top of your head. Leave out the front sections of hair that frame your face to ensure a natural blend. APPLY HALO® Choosing the wire length that best fits the size of your head, position your Halo® hair extension over your bun where you parted your hair. Like a headband, it should sit comfortably and securely above your ears. SECURE CLIP WEFT Secure a 2-clip weft at the temple of your head about two inches above your ear, fastening the clip closest to your hairline first. Repeat on the other side of the head with the remaining 2-clip weft. BLEND Release hair in the bun at the top of your head and brush gently through your hair, ensuring your real hair is covering all the wefts and the Halo® hair extension. Be cautious when brushing over the wire of the halo to avoid snagging.
  • Can I dye/color Vex Hair extensions?

Once attached, the wire is completely invisible under the hair which hangs comfortably, blending seamlessly with your own hair. Halos are super convenient, discreet, easy! Halo® Vex Hair extensions are made from premium 100% Remy human hair extensions, and can be colored or styled with hot tools as desired. Our Halo® extensions are best for thinning to medium density of hair, and for sensitive scalps. They are not recommended for blunt or bob cuts, or if your hair is naturally thick.

  • How long do Vex Hair extensions last?
    With proper care, our clip-ins can last over a year! We recommend you only wear them one day at a time and do not sleep in your clip-ins.
  • What does shipping cost?

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Vex Hair offers overnight shipping via FedEx for $50.
  • How long does shipping take?
    SHIPPING OPTIONS We offer a variety of shipping options to choose when you would like to receive your order. IN-STOCK ORDERS Please note: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide your street address for delivery. PROCESSING TIME It will take 1 business day to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee USPS Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Standard & express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. Most USPS packages are delivered to the mailbox of the address provided. Please note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
  • Where does my order ship from?
    All Vex Hair orders ship from Orlando, Florida.
  • Where does Vex Hair ship?
    Currently, Vex Hair ships within the United States only.
  • How do I track my order?
    After your order is shipped, we will send you an email shipment confirmation. It will also provide a shipment tracking number, with easy links to the shipping carrier’s websites, so you can track the status of your order. Contact us if you need help tracking your order.
  • When will my order ship?
    We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. When placing your order, consider these factors when calculating your estimated delivery date. Order Processing: The amount of time it will take for us to prepare your order for shipping. It usually takes up to 1 business day to process your order. If your order is placed by 3pm EST, it will ship the same day. If your order is placed after 3pm EST, your order will ship the next day. Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to deliver to your shipping address. Transit Time Explanations USA - FedEx - 2-Day Delivery by the end of the second day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order ships out on Monday, it will be delivered by the end of the day on Wednesday. For example, if an order ships out on Friday, it will be delivered by the end of the day on Tuesday. USA - FedEx - Overnight Delivery by the end of the next business day after an order has shipped.   • How do I start a return?
    If you would like to return your Vex Hair extensions, please email info@vexhair.com with your order number and the reason for your return. A printable prepaid shipping label will be emailed, after confirming your return request.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    For returned items, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed: 1- Shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse 2- Processing and inspection for refund approval 3- Authorization to finance department to issue refund 4- It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department process the refund. Should your refund not be processed within the 10 business days, please send us the tracking number for the returned package so that we can investigate further.
  • I can't find my return confirmation email. What do I do?
    Once you have initiated an exchange or return, please check your email for our return instructions for the next steps on returning your order to our warehouse. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder as well. If you are unable to locate the email, please reach out to us at info@vexhair.com for help!
  • When will I receive my exchange?
    We will send you the different color hair extensions after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened, which is protected by a security seal. If the color you select is in stock, we will provide an exchange for unopened hair extensions within 30 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions. If the color is on backorder, you will typically receive your exchange within 4-6 weeks.
  • Why can't I return my Vex Hair after its opened?
    Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously, and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. If you are unsure what your ideal Vex Hair set is, please e-mail our Customer Support team at info@vexhair.com with some images of your hair taken in natural lighting like the image below - we'll be happy to help!
  • Can I exchange my order?
    To make an exchange, please contact us with your order number. Please note, your exchange will only be honored for items that are unopened and unused. You'll be emailed instructions with our return address. You'll receive a FedEx shipping label. You'll simply need to print this off & drop your package off at a FedEx store or drop-off location. If you opt to use your own, we recommend dropping it off with your preferred carrier and using their tracking to follow the package back to our warehouse. Once you ship your order back to us and we receive your order, we'll ship your new Vex Hair out or issue your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days once your set arrives back at our warehouse, for your refund or exchange to be processed. Please see our Return Policy for further details.
  • What is your return policy?
    We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all sets of hair that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with, and security seals are in tact. To start a return or initiate an exchange, please email us at info@vexhair.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Is my order eligible for a return or exchange?
    We are unable to accept any sets that have been opened, worn, or tampered with. Before sending your Vex Hair set back, please ensure that it meets the following criteria: Your order is still within the return window, which is 30 days after purchase. All security seals are intact. The tester weft is enclosed, in its original form and hasn’t been tampered with in any way (styled, dyed, products applied, and so on). Please view our Return Policy for further details.
  • Where is my order?
    It can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery. Once your order ships, you will be sent an email containing tracking information. To track your order, please click on the link that was sent to you via email. If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please let us know so that we can open an investigation. The investigation to locate a package may take several weeks. If for any reason it is determined the parcel is lost in transit, contact us to inquire about receiving a refund.
  • I'm missing an item from my order. What do I do?
    We’re very sorry to hear that you did not receive all the products that you ordered. Please contact us at info@vexhair.com and let us know what items are missing so that we can investigate what happened.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    If the order has not shipped If your order has not yet shipped, then we should be able to update your address, so long as the delivery country/location remains the same. We cannot change the delivery country/location. Please contact us urgently at info@vexhair.com if you need to change your delivery address.
  • I received the wrong product(s).
    If you received an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and a few pictures of the item you received, and we will be happy to help you.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Our system processes orders immediately, which means we can’t cancel any orders once they have been placed. Once you receive your item, you may contact us to initiate a return.
