Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Vex Hair, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy as outlined below:

What is the Vex Hair return policy?

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all sets of hair that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with, and security seals are in tact. If it is past the return window time frame and return and the item is shipped back to us store credit can will be provided only. (item must be unopened/unused) Exclusions apply to final sale items.

To start a return or initiate an exchange, please email us at info@vexhair.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

What is the Vex Hair exchange policy? 

We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Vex Hair extensions for a set of the right color within ninety 30 days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons, we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

May I exchange my order? 

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. You may exchange your Vex Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out of the packaging within the 30 days of receiving your order. Vex Hair Extensions are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of the cardboard backing to which they are attached.

 

Vex hair can only accommodate exchanges within the same range of hair extensions, If you wish to return your set for a different length or collection, your exchange will be treated as a return. 

Exclusions:

Please note that any hair extensions that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for a return. Please use the included tester piece prior to opening your hair extensions to ensure eligibility for a return/exchange. 

Why are Vex Hair Extensions non-exchangeable if opened?

Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

How can I exchange my hair extensions to the right color?

You must contact us first at (info@vexhair.com) within the industry leading thirty (30) day exchange period.. All Vex Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We will then provide you with our return address and instructions, which is in Orlando, Florida, where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.

 

When will I receive my exchange?

We will send you the new set of hair extensions after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened, which is protected by a security seal.

What is the exchange period?

We will provide an exchange for unopened hair extensions within industry leading thirty (30) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions. 

 

May I exchange Vex Hair Extensions without contacting you first?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@vexhair.com. We will respond to your request within 24 hours.

 

Can I return my Hair Accessory Items?

No. Vex Hair Tools & Accessories are final sale, and will not be eligible for returns. 

Processing times:

Returns are usually processed within 10 business days from the delivery date at our facility. You can expect your refund within 3-5 business days after your return is accepted and processed. The sooner you return your items, the sooner you will receive a refund. 

 

Additional Information:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Vex Hair for eligible returns.

  • Please ensure that all return items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • We recommend retaining proof of shipment for your records.

  • Vex Hair reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated in this policy.
